- Glide in slow upward strokes — jaw to cheek, neck to chin. 5 minutes per side.
- Finish by applying a serum while skin is still warm to supercharge absorption.

🪨 Step 2 — Gua Sha Stone
- Apply a facial oil or serum to clean skin — the stone needs slip to glide.
- Hold the stone flat against the skin at a 15–30° angle.
- Sweep upward along the jaw and cheekbones using light, firm pressure.
- Glide down the neck toward the collarbone to encourage lymphatic drainage.
- Repeat each stroke 5–10 times per area. Both sides of the face.
