We want you to love your Pearl Ease purchase. If something isn’t right, we will make it right — quickly and without drama.
What We Offer
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer one of the following:
- Exchange — swap for a different product or variant of equal value
- Store credit — full purchase value applied to any future order
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. This keeps our prices fair and our service personal.
Eligibility
- Request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)

Product Quality
All Pearl Ease products are CE and RoHS certified — internationally recognised safety standards for consumer electronics and beauty tools. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch.
Our products are consumer-grade beauty tools designed for home use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or stops functioning under normal use within 30 days of delivery, contact us — we will assess and resolve it under our Happiness Promise. Reach us at support@pearlease.co.za or WhatsApp 064 545 5355 with photos or a short video.
Note: This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, dropping, water exposure beyond normal use, or unauthorised modification.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
Wrong Item Received
Contact us within 7 days and we will arrange the correct item immediately at no cost.
Not Covered
- Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons) — except the Sculpt Brush and Precision Trimmer, which may be exchanged within 30 days if undamaged and returned with original packaging
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code, unless faulty or damaged
Return Shipping
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs — unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
