Are the devices safe for all skin types?
Yes — all Pearl Ease devices are CE & RoHS certified and safe for all skin types including sensitive skin. If you have any active skin conditions or implanted electronic devices, consult your doctor before use.

How quickly will I see results?
Most customers notice a visible difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. For best results, use your device for 10–15 minutes per day as part of your regular skincare routine.

How do I charge my device?
All Pearl Ease devices are USB rechargeable. Use the included cable and charge via any USB port or adapter. A full charge typically takes 1–2 hours and provides multiple sessions of use.

How do I clean my device?
Wipe the device surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge in water. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

How long does delivery take?
We deliver in 5–11 business days across South Africa via Aramex. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we deliver to all major cities and surrounding areas across South Africa.

How much is shipping?
Flat rate of R95. Orders over R899 qualify for free shipping.
